  Re-joined a re-branded Design Team at the beginning of 2014 focusing on the companies speed promise.Responsible for providing storage solutions from various channels, including, telephone, email and visiting customers sites. Manage the customer journey from concept through to installation. A change of direction in my first non customer related role. Responsible for liaising with all areas of the business and also for managing all of the companies suppliers. Regularly visited suppliers in the UK and Europe discussing performance and addressing any issues voiced by either party. Led a team of 8 Designers reporting directly to the MD. Completed annual development reviews and regular one to one sessions. Maintained customer contact managing a handful of key account customers. Visited businesses all across the UK surveying, designing, drawing, quoting and selling the companies portfolio of storage products. During this time I sold and project managed one of the companies largest orders to date. Initially part of a very small team answering all incoming telephone calls and responding to customer faxes!
