Led a team of 4 to deliver dynamic quarterly fundraising campaigns and HNW stewardship content.Donor Engagement and Stewardship Responsibilities:• Built and grew centralized annual stewardship program serving more than 350 major individual and institutional investors who contributed $80M+ per year in 18+ markets across the country. • Directed activities of 8 mid-level giving officers, increasing the number of mid-level donors ($1K-$9,999) by more than 100% from 2016-2019.• Designed an individual giving society, stewarding more than $25M per year and achieving an average of 60% donor retention, including 80% retention of $10K+ donors in 2019. Grew membership by 70% in four years.• Directed strategic communications and stewardship activities to support Year Up’s Opportunity Campaign III which raised $240M of investment over 2.5 years.• Built and oversaw central strategic development communications for each donor type, level and segment.
