  My role was to facilitate communication between the leadership team and Delta Gamma chapter members. I assisted in planning all aspects and logistics of formal recruitment. Utlilized my creativity for the recruitment video and the decor for each event. Decided who would obtain membership into our highly regarded organization. Members of the Social Standards Board met weekly to take the “pulse” of the chapter. We were a support resource for members to voice their financial, social, or educational concerns, then helped them find creative solutions. During formal meetings, we decided and guided members through their sanctions.

  Mediation Intern and Coach

  Working under Professor Dr. Pamela Kreiser, my role was to assist her Mediation and Dispute Resolution courses through the process of obtaining their Mediation certifications. I coached students throughout the semester offering my knowledge and experience. I also facilitated practice mediation sessions with students to ensure that they were fully equipped with the proper skills and techniques to be effective mediators.   My role at the JWCF was to teach kids, teens, and adults, 5,000+ people across the state of CA, about the dangers of overexposure to the sun. Through research, and a creative and engaging presentation, I informed audiences of why they must utilize all preventative measures to protect against the long-term, damaging effects of UVA and UVB rays.
