      • I am fully trained as a barista and have developed the following skills in providing; coffees (Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha and Espresso), frappes, juices and smoothies, along with hot paninis, toasties and bakery foods.• I have developed my organisational skills by being responsible for; opening and closing the coffee bar, securing the area at appropriate times, cashing up and counting a float, operating a safe and till, purchasing products when stock was low, and maintaining a clean and tidy bar on shift.• I feel that I have gained more confidence as a result of being asked to supervise new staff members, taking deliveries, performing to the standards of Customer Service, and assisting students as a representative of the Students Union.
