  Worked during summer and Christmas breaks. Preparation of jewellery for various clients against tight timescales and deadlines, prior to their hallmarking stage, being a crucial part of a production process. Clients constantly changing and growing required a change ready mindset when the processes were changing to fit increasing stock turnover and increasing staff. Fast-paced environment where I gained skills in decision making under pressure as well as time management skills.
