  In my current role, I oversee directors of rehabilitation that lead teams of physical, occupational, and speech language pathologists of up to 10 rehab departments across San Diego, Inland Empire, and Orange County. I interact with administrators of skilled nursing facilities on clinical, financial, cultural, and compliant health of therapy programs. I partner with diverse disciplines, such as administration, HR, and nursing. I assist in transitioning facility acquisitions purchased by the company while helping with interviewing staff, onboarding, and training on duties related to new company as area manager. Furthermore, I lead and organize the continuing education courses for therapists to maintain licensure. I prepare facilities for state regulatory surveys. I nurture strong and long-lasting relationships with health-related professionals. I actively support in navigating a region through corporate integrity agreement. I create Director of Rehab in training program to develop a growth path for therapists to enhance promotion opportunities and training to be prepared to take over Director jobs. Following is my key achievement or most significant contribution: Oversaw therapy programs with margin growth year-over-year by analyzing and executing financial strategies. Show less During this tenure, I provided strategic leadership and direction for marketing therapy program to local hospitals, physician’s offices, and assisted living facilities. I led staff of twelve therapists and two rehab aides with very low turn-over in the department. Collaborated with nursing staff, social work, and administration to achieve positive patient outcomes. Along with that, I managed labor hours, budgets, and caseloads while training and leading new therapists and assistants of department. I supervised therapy students during fieldwork studies. I chaired care conference meetings to determine appropriate plans to return patients to the community. Moreover, I ensured delivery of an outpatient therapy program at a satellite location.
