  Internship

  The internship at ITM was the starting point towards the journey instructional design and educational technology. I had to spend server months online preparing for the internship with Carlos Kiyan who have more than 15 years of experience in eLearning. During the face to face the internship period in Belgium, I learned a lot what it takes to create a great online learning experience. Looking at the adult learning principles and how to bridge the gap between technology and education.
