    Ph.D., Masters & Bachelors degree in Computers. Certified ITIL and Prince2 (Practitioner). IT experience of 10.6+yrs. consists of DataCenter Delivery / IT Operations / WorkLoad Automation / BMC Control-M Admin / Production Control-Support / System Admin Support / Batch Scheduling and Monitoring on the Midrange & Mainframes environment with the expertise in the Administration of Scheduling Tools like BMC Control-M, CA-Autosys, CA-7. Designing, Developing and Implementing the total systems solutions to the enterprise-wide technical requirements of the customers. These solutions deal with the major business processes or systems utilized to manage the overall enterprise. The task requires integrating hardware, processes, methodologies, and software within the customer environment. Participate with the customer in the strategic design process and translates business needs into technical systems solutions. Responsible for the deployment, technical accuracy and completeness of integrated systems designs.
