Incorporation of company materials to improve staff's communication skills and performance in their working environment. Teach English lessons to refugees, asylum seekers and minority groups, who have been assessed as literacy level learners. To provide learners with an introduction to the English language by teaching an integrated curriculum that covers all of the four language skills. To establish the foundation of learning English by introducing the learners to basic grammar, common discourse exchanges and the phonics of English.
