      Teach English language lessons to staff in their workplace. Assess learners English language level to establish a learner profile. Create and implement English lessons that develop receptive and productive language skills. Lessons include activities that are specific to the learner's needs and the businesses requirements. Incorporation of company materials to improve staff's communication skills and performance in their working environment. Teach English lessons to refugees, asylum seekers and minority groups, who have been assessed as literacy level learners. To provide learners with an introduction to the English language by teaching an integrated curriculum that covers all of the four language skills. To establish the foundation of learning English by introducing the learners to basic grammar, common discourse exchanges and the phonics of English.
