My included administrating and processing mortgage applications from the point of sale right up until completion, as well as processing protection and general insurance applications and giving clients additional guidance on trusts. A significant part of my role was making sure that clients were kept up to date with the process of their application from start to finish, by liaising regularly with estate agents and solicitors to make sure the process runs as smoothly and stress free as possible.
