  I started as the Childcare Director in this YMCA, and was promoted to Senior Program Director in 2014 and then to Chief Operating Officer in 2015.I managed all aspect of this YMCA, from membership and marketing to aquatics and healthy living.I enjoy non-profit work, and serving my community. Although one of my favorite parts of my role was program development. I was inspired by seeing a need in the community, planning with the team, and implementing what we developed.
