It is developed in consecutive phases, in constant evolution. During the first phase, mutual COmprehension is promoted which, in a second phase, would be moving towards COllaboration and, as in the last phase, would be consolidating the COnfidence between them. It will also define the relationship between equals or competition, as a replica of the basic reciprocal link, through a constant COmparison. This model reaches its peak in the current development of communities or social networks.
