I offer interactive presentations and workshops that combine caricature entertainment, laughter yoga exercises, and play. All help to alleviate stress, improve resilience, and enhance social connections. Creating spontaneous and interactive interventions with an audience or one on one humor, laughter generates an organic natural high - I practice (saying) Psychoneuroimmunology so I can impress people smarter than me...it means..the mind and body connection... but it all comes down to that having a positive outlook is good for your health.
