  While working in Process Engineering Department of L&T Hydrocarbon EngineeringProject :- Residual Hydrocracker Unit (RHCU) , IOCL PANIPAT•Preparation & updation of Line List based on P&ID revisions along with Change List and Comment Resolution Sheet. •Checked the suitability of the pipe class for the lines for upset condition/ temperature excursion as per our project PMS (P-T Rating table) and ASME B16.5. •Prepared process datasheet for ON-OFF valve, MOV, temperature, pressure, flow and level instruments. •Worked on the MTO files for MOGAS/severe (piping and instrumentation) service valves of 2500#, 1500# and below which was further used for providing hold clearance required for downstream engineering /procurement activity. •Performed rating of shell and tube heat exchangers including thermosyphon reboiler on HTRI software.•Vessels & Columns (Self had performed residence time calculation) •Process datasheet prepared for PSV after analysis of applicable relieving scenarios, identification of governing scenario, etc. using available excel utility for this activity. •PSV inlet & outlet line sizing using available excel tool.
