      Office Supplies and Purchase System was developed in order to automate and streamline the existing manual system of generating the requisitions and generating the purchase orders. This system had two modules viz. administrator module and user module. The user module was classified further into general user, approver and consolidators. Every user had an approver to approve the requisitions and every approver had a consolidator to generate the purchase order by selecting the best deals from different vendors. When the requisitions were fulfilled, the approver and the users may be intimated through an email and/or SMS depending upon the configuration set by the users of this system. Show less
