      Owner and Founder

Aging well is difficult enough, but when there is a chronic or acute illness it is especially challenging for the individual, spouse, and family, As a professional in the field of Gerontology, I coach and advocate for my clients and their families in making informed decisions. My goal is to develop a patient centered care plan that will maximize the well-being of my client and ease the pressure for the family care partner. With my social service and health education background, I speak on several caregiving topics to large and small groups. Additionally, I facilitate community building support groups throughout Northern New Jersey for people with Parkinson's Disease and family care partners, as well as community building support groups for family care partners aging issues such as Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias.I welcome the opportunity to partner with colleagues who believe it is our responsibility to help our clients live safely, independently, and with the greatest quality of life possible.
