Our team is responsible for helping the firm grow topline revenue and providing revenue enablement support to our attorney teams. I assist the department in the execution of the firm’s strategic growth plan. I actively assist multiple Client Growth Managers in execution of business development strategies throughout the sales lifecycle. Specifically, performing the duties of traditional business development in a law firm environment to assigned practice groups and departments. Show less I manage Indianapolis based events that are held in our office that include, but not limited to, on and off site Department and Practice Group seminars, receptions and political fundraisers as assigned. I utilize the marketing database for list management, event registrations and post event tracking. I assist with centralizing CLE and I manage all HRCI & SHRM applications and reporting for all applicable firm sponsored seminars and webinars across our 14 offices. I manage the availability, scheduling and communications for firm hosted webinars while monitoring all live webinars. I manage the inventory, scheduling and delivery of firm trade show booths and other conference material for sponsored events and assist with set up and removal of trade show booths at local events. I coordinate BTGear and the Company Store promotional item website, process order fulfillment, while maintaining accurate product inventory and pricing. I assemble collateral marketing materials and produce seminar handouts. I work closely with the Marketing Services Manager for suite ticket allocation and distribution as needed. I have taken on the responsibility of handling all tradeshow materials for the 13 offices. I prepare them for shipment and order any new supplies that is needed. I am in charge of taking RSVPs for many events, updating any contact information into database system. I am in charge of handling the firms events which include: preparing nametags, getting the room set, making handouts and making sure all food and drink needs are met. Show less
