Worked with Block and Cluster resource coordinators of SSA, in Kheda District, for their Capacity Building by helping to develop skills as Strategic Thinking and Data Management.2. Designed and conducted workshops, teachers’ training and meetings at Block and Cluster level by collaborating and co-creating with the resource coordinators, providing support related to Pedagogy and Tools & Technologies.3. Implemented tools like TIPPS, CNAT, and CMM framework to improve the academic as well as the monitoring and evaluation process.4. Took Sessions during Block level Science Fair 2019, Kala Utsav 2019 and Gandhi Jayanti program with the objective of "Promoting Digitalization, Awareness against Single-use Plastic" and "Promoting alternatives to Plastic Bags".5. Under the Live-Action Project on Library initiated by the organization, established functional libraries in 3 schools to inculcate reading and writing habits in the students.6. Collaborated with Agastya International Foundation for TLM workshops in 3 clusters and Shree Krishna Hospital Programme for Advancement of Rural and Social Health (SPARSH 150) for a community awareness program on “Awareness against the consumption of Tobacco” in Jalanagar village, Thasra.
