  Working on a PFI contract of 3 secondary schools in North Wiltshire. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, and assisting the Contract Operations Manager. Responsible for managing and updating all the HR files for all staff on the contract, monitoring and recording sickness, and other absences. Managing the training records, and the training matrix for all Engineering, Catering and Cleaning staff, ensuring all courses, and job related training was up to date, identifying training needs, and gaps in training as appropriate. Nominated COSHH coordinator, ensuring all records and data sheets are up to date, and any new products sourced and used on all sites, had the relevant paperwork. Responsible for logging all assets across three sites, over 30,00 individual items, ensuring the asset registers for all sites was managed and accurate. Compiling monthly progress reports for key stakeholders, one of my biggest achievements was reducing the size of the report from 92 pages, to 23 pages, without losing any important or key data.
