Reporting to the Group Accountant, a key responsibility included preparing financial reports for 14 subsidiary companies. In 1991, following the takeover by Ashton Mining Ltd, promoted to Group Accountant, with a key responsibility to lead a team of eight to prepare full consolidated financial reports of Carr Boyd Minerals.• Established the company’s first fully integrated computerized management accounting system, capable of consolidating 15 entities and performing month-end rollover and financial forecasting.• Successfully completed a group consolidation of 15 entities and year-end audit of company financials during takeover by Ashton Mining Ltd.
