I am Section Manager overseeing land use, routing/siting, and public involvement efforts for our Stakeholder Management Solutions group in the Mid-Atlantic Region. I lead a team of land use professionals working on large scale utility infrastructure projects, solar facilities, routing and siting, industrial targeting, development, and master planning. We help our clients with local government coordination, ordinance research, routing of utility infrastructure, siting of facilities (both utility and non-utility), GIS mapping, non-environmental permitting efforts, and public hearing processes. We have worked extensively on siting for large-scale utility projects for our clients, full siting studies, as well as due diligence efforts. We collaborate and work directly with our environmental teams on environmental permitting efforts associated with projects. I also lead a team public involvement specialists working directly with the public on behalf of our clients. We are able to respond quickly to customer inquiries and act as liaisons to the contractors. The team also creates mailing lists, information tracking and reporting, set up and hosting of community meetings, and hotline iniatives. Show less As the Senior Land Use Planner for Burns & McDonnell in Environmental Studies and Permitting, Angeline works on all aspects of land use planning.
