It was the first time applied on mass production globally. Accomplished the development of a hot wire laser cladding approach for steam turbine blade droplet erosion resistance.  Hollow fan prototype development Project Team Leader March 2014 - June 2015 Successfully developed titanium hollow fan blade prototype.  TBV post-casting manufacture capability set up Dec 2013 - Aug 2018 Project Technical Team Leader Founded a new Aero engine and Gas TBV post-casting production line collaborate with shareholders. Developed TBVs coating processes and achieved serial production for 25MW IGT and Aero engines TBVs.
