The functionality included an integrated "Pay Point" with scanning, payment at the dispenser and a back-office application that drove a significant increase in fuel and store sales and increased gross profit and was subsequently implemented across the Canadian Retail network.Developed functional specifications and facilitated vendor selection for the Integrated "Point of Sale" and back office business Management applications.Managed software development and quality assurance of the new systems and the development of the the support infrastructure needed to maintain the systems.Supervised a team of contract employees that coordinated field deployment.
