  Interned at Granzow A/S for 4 weeks as part of a 6 week ESG course hosted by Pluss Leadership. Our tasks included to: Evaluate and calculate Granzow A/S's packaging use and responsibility according to the VANA collective agreement and the subsequent reporting standards. As a result we successfully provided Granzow A/S with a packaging calculation tool and a compliance document describing our methodology. Assess and develop Granzow A/S's Sustainability Strategy in accordance with ESRS and current initiatives, while having a documented and strong communication strategy to highlight Granzow A/S's sustainable efforts. As a result we provided Granzow A/S with a 21 page ESG-report outlining their current initiatives following the ESRS structure, while providing recommendations for future improvements. Further the report could serve as part of a new communication strategy to highlight Granzow A/S's sustainable efforts to suppliers and clients. Show less
