      This fascinating post involves me actively promoting and supporting 250 colleagues in the Safer Communities Directorate within Scottish Government to take responsibility for their own development through embedding good practice, promoting creativity and driving sustainable business improvement. I work closely with the Senior Management Team on leadership development, staff engagement and change management. I am responsible for driving forward our organisational development and ensuring that we build confidence and capability throughout the Directorate. Much of this involves recognising and building connections between the talented individuals we have in our organisation and our extensive links with partners and stakeholders. My current project is focused on conversational leadership and supporting health and wellbeing within a wider improvement planning strategy.
