  - Strategic Responsibilities in terms of handling the development of the audit plan in all Opcos. Handling the budgeting process for all Opcos IA department. Amending the policies and procedures of all opcos to align them with Batelco Bahrain. Handling the implementation of different enhancement projects to the IA functions of Opcos, such as systems roll-out, Quality Assurance Review, Forensic Audit Function and Outsourcing/Co-sourcing activities.- Stakeholders Management: Dealing with the AC and preparing and presenting the slides in the pre-AC and AC meeting for each Opco. Conducting field visit to Opcos to understand the management’s needs and concerns with the IA function of each Opco.- Guidance, support and Knowledge transfer to the IA heads of Opcos and ensuring the completion of all the Audits Planned for the year.- Team Management: Establishing the working relationship with the Opcos based on the structure provided and approved by the AC. Completing the Appraisal Process for all the Opcos Audit Heads and agreeing the same with their AC Members. Completing the Appraisal of direct reportees from the international team. Ensuring that the All Opcos head and their team obtain proper training. - BEYON Entities (2022 Onwards): leading the internal audit function of BEYON entities (Beyon Connect, Beyon Cyber and Beyon Solution) with a team of 3 member each handling an entity. Inclusive of: AC meetings, Pre-AC meetings, Audit Plan, Audit Budget.
