  on Enterprise Technology Services team I became VMware SME and started working on some other technologies (Windows, Linux and Storage) such as:- VMWare SME on IT operations team, being responsible for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation on all high priority incidents that affected / potential impact to GM business - L1 and L2 support for 6k ESXi servers and 60k VMs- Windows/Linux Server support and also Storage Hardware - Regular meetings with VMWARE TAM and DELL TAM for tickets review and new projects- Experience with VMware tools for troubleshooting. i.e. vROPS and LogInsight- setup meetings with my teammates for VMware teaching/coaching understanding their needs and challenges- Participated in Problem Management Review (PMR), revisiting all VMWare high priority incidents with GM Senior leadership and bring a permanent solution to the issue Exibir menos On VMware team, I have been assigned to different activities such as:- Supported large environments globally on all GM Business Unit (around 6k physical hosts and 60k VMs)- Supported L1/L2 incidents from VMware queue. Participated in regular 24x7 on-call rotations. Troubleshooting for VMware and HW issues.- Capacity analysis - checking cluster availability for new builds, VM increases, or migrations that are required to better utilize the environment- Installed several VMware patches on ESXi servers, using VUM or manually, ESXi install and version upgrade, upgrade other VMware products (vROPS/LogInsight)- Performed many migrations activities: P2V/V2V, storage migration, cluster/VMs relocation.- Solid experience on vSAN environments- Participated to SRM failover tests- Regular meetings with VMWARE TAM for tickets review and new projects- CMDB Datasteward: Responsible to keep the asset inventory up to date to ensure ITIL methodology is followed under VMWare space- Change management rule: review all change requests opened by VMware team or that will require VMware assistance.
