  As a United States Navy Limited Duty Officer; I have progressively advanced within broad technical fields related to the Nuclear Weapons Enterprise. Filled leadership and management positions at the Ensign through Lieutenant Commander level that required technical background and skills not attainable through normal development within other Officer designators. Show less I served as the Section Head and Requirements Officer for the Navy’s Nuclear Weapons Security Program, responsible for ensuring all security risks to the Navy’s Nuclear Weapons stockpile are mitigated through effective program planning, resourcing, and policy execution. Successful execution of this program is one of the Navy's highest priorities, with strong Congressional interest and Four Star Admiral oversight.   • Provides oversight to all submarine movements in Kings Bay, GA, Mayport, FL and Port Canaveral, FL, coordinates and executes over 1200 operational events and over 800 inner harbor movements with zero untoward events. Coordinates all force protection assets necessary to support submarine movements. • Provides operational support for 25 visiting submarines including foreign flagged submarines from the United Kingdom, Germany, Peru, Brazil, Colombia and Canada. • Supervised a comprehensive review and restructuring of all routine schedules promulgated by NSSC Operations, removing redundancies and virtually eliminating errors inherent in the local submarine and escort scheduling process.• Operationalized dredge operations in and around Kings Bay, GA maintaining channel and pier availability. Quickly identified and coordinated emergent dredging for a rapidly shoaling area of the St. Mary’s entrance channel limiting the channel by 40%. • Prepares and briefs weekly and monthly charts, progress reports, and trend analysis on seven submarines for senior executive leadership; and applies risk management tools for operational decisions resulting in zero issues to date.
