      My passion to create positive and beautiful experiences (online and off) is found in Make Me Joyful. I organised joyful events including pop-ups, weddings, fund-raisers and showcases for charities. I also offered coaching. I designed and implemented pop-up 'Random Acts of Joy for strangers across the country. Think secret treasure hunts, hidden notes for strangers and free flowers for commuters, amongst many others. I was featured in national press for my mood-boosting antics.

      Launching and growing a start-up means taking on many, many different roles. From leading the sales team to sell out our first program, to writing comms, to recruiting, to logistics, to establishing systems, raising investment and more. My ultimate focus was developing the customer experience for professionals taking programs at our online fashion school. Together with my team, I was responsible for ensuring that all customers had a fantastic experience as soon as they reached the site, through to taking the programs and then as alumni. I developed a coaching and personal development element to the programs to help students truly progress. This is now a cornerstone of the experience.As well as designing customer experience, I also focused on employee experience. Devising ways that we could motivate, nurture and support our team.
