I was in a senior supervisory capacity in charge of the distribution floor staff, drivers and assistant-drivers and managed the daily operational requirements for distribution, handled queries and product specific requirements from internal and external stakeholders, assisted with QA shop visits to monitor the branding requirements and played a support function to the sales department.

  Provide project support, training, mentoring & assurance on a project for the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform, in charge of the Gauteng Province as Project Manager and providing support on creation of a project register and introduction of project management documentation and framework for the National Office for three (3) branches on Prince2 project management methodology, framework and processes as well as assistance with training from entry level to portfolio level and toolset on the project.   Management Consultant

  At present I have the amazing privilege of being exposed to so many variations of Project Management. I am fortunate to be a part of multiple projects varying in size and complexity. I am wearing multiple caps ranging from Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst and performing "Business Processes: Modeling, Simulation, Execution"(BPMN 2.0), Decision Model and Notation (DMN)- using tools like Signavio and Camunda. The Business Process mapping also has the added advantage of performing Business Process Re-Engineering and Automation to streamline current inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the processes. I enjoy all the new challenges and exposure and look forward to the ERP Implementation Project which is the next large milestone on the horizon. Show less
