To work collaboratively to ensure sustained reduction in the numbers of NEET and work towards the achievement of a NEET free city. The panel takes a multi agency approach to ensure improving, supporting and strengthening the success of Post 16 in Cardiff. Panel Member - Joint Vulnerable Young People Panel Purpose:To communicate and share information, discuss strategies and plan a multi-agency response for young people in Cardiff of most concern.A way to identify gaps in support and escalate to most appropriate service/panel if necessary.
