  Ellen is a Neuroscience consultant and researcher for a global negotiation company. Her expertise helps organisations understand the chemical side of our behaviour and how to manage them. She is currently focusing her research on the expanding generation gap, as well as how genders and cultures differ in communication and negotiation styles.
