  In this role I worked in a coaching and mentoring capacity to bring about pedagogical change at the classroom level. Using data with teachers to plan and implement quality learning experiences, this was followed up by supporting teachers through the coaching process.I was responsible for researching and presenting professional development oppostunities to staff and I also organised and implemented parent workshops, aimed and developing productive partnerships with the wider community.
