As well as the usual portfolio management activities, outputs will include a case study on best practice PMO implementation and management in a predominantly PMI environment (particularly at portfolio level, though covering programme and project levels - and leveraging current and emerging delivery techniques) - together with all relevant artefacts and practical guides. This is a huge undertaking and one we intend to get right for the benefit of all, so we will be utilizing the PMI Portfolio Management Forum and the PMI membership across Europe to support this effort.
