Leveraged in-depth expertise in cutting-edge portfolio management techniques to provide consultancy services on innovative portfolio management. Key Accomplishments: Reduced inherent risk of portfolio 30%, increasing the quality review rating from 61% to 82% by championing and implementing improved risk management and governance. Established all PMO processes and standards, liaising at portfolio level to ensure compliance with HSBC portfolio standards prior to audit and handover of £28M programme. Improved portfolio management, agile, and general PMO techniques by implementing new processes and mentoring existing team and stakeholders to improve Zurich Insurance’s existing PMO. Managed the international PMO for Old Mutual Wealth’s international portfolio, establishing new working practices and managing improvement plans across the entire portfolio to meet regulator and auditor demands.
