Along with an excellent coterie of docs, I helped take care of the physical illnesses, and helped train health care workers in medical matters. They learnt to recognize and manage medical emergencies, report critical situations, and manage illnesses in their own families.

  Take care of inpatients admitted in hospitals in the U.S. Use critical thinking skills developed from medical school and from working with an underserved population to solve diagnostic challenges, care for patients and discharge them appropriately. Document clearly in electronic medical records so that colleagues taking over care of patients would know exactly what was going on, and show positive team spirit in an often busy environment.

  Medical topics simplified completely and lucidly communicated to the lay populace in corporate and other settings, so that they may make choices based on clear and concise information communicated to them. Current information from the American College of Physicians distilled and communicated. "Constructive and clear talk" was a review obtained.Health care workers with an 8th standard and above level of study thus empowered through classes to medically manage a diverse patient populace.
