Worked directly with core processing host to convert all accounts and distributions to newly created Jackson Health System company ID. Streamlined entire internal payroll distribution process. Have implemented same process for three separate payrolls since that original conversion. -Various weekly/monthly/quarterly reports due directly to CEO/CFO, ranging from investment breakdowns to credit union deposit totals. Helped cut Indirect lending wire costs by over 75% by implementing agreements with dealers for new payment method. -Worked hand in hand with Director of Accounting and CFO on ACH origination implementation. Created daily procedures for position, as well as training of staff that filled newly created position. -Responsible for reconciling of general ledgers from various departments including accounting, lending, visa, mortgage, marketing, and other internal branches.
