  Hydrocracker and hydrogen production units-Responsible from safe, reliable, efficient operations of hydrocracker & hydrogen production (steam methane reformer) units-Providing leadership and overall guidance to operations team which consist of 35 blue collar personnel-Leading shut down / start up activities of hydrocracker and hydrogen plant-Providing trouble-shooting, process optimization, turnaround activities of the plant -Attending HAZOP, management of change activities, what if analysis, preparing operational procedures-Scheduling and following weekly maintenance activities of the plant Show less Operations engineer at utilities and power plant of the refinery.-Responsible for safe and continuous operation of steam boilers, demineralized water production units (including ion exchange resins, ultrafiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, electrodeionization systems), compressed air units, cooling towers and fire water systems.-Taking part in the basic engineering and FEED stages of revamp project in our demineralized water units.-Monitoring of operation parameters and troubleshooting of processes.-Responsible for planning the maintenance schedule of all equipment in the unit for ensuring their availability to the operation.
