This ELA is a firm-fixed price contract worth over $6 million to be executed over one base year and four option years. Activities include ensuing full implementation of the ELA, advising and supporting NOAA's Esri user base, interacting with Esri representatives, leading Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings at Esri Conferences, and maintaining the NOAA's GIS Community Website.• Implemented and Co-Chaired the ELA Coordination Working Group (CWG). In addition to being responsible for the overall governance and management of the ELA, the CWG oversaw the work and efforts of five ELA Implementation Teams. Activities include facilitating the development of short- and long-term strategic goals, developing Terms of Reference and work plans, preparing semi-annual accomplishment report for presentation to CIOs, leading monthly meetings.• Chaired the ELA Technical Administration Team (TAT), which is responsible for ensuring NOAA-wide access to Esri software, training, and conferences. Activities include leading bi-weekly meetings; preparing monthly reports; tracking licenses; preparing Group Travel and Conference Packages, and developing, implementing, and maintaining NOAA's Esri Software Download website.• Participated in determining the requirements for NOAA's Esri Tier 1 Agency-wide Support System.
