  I have associated with workwell engineers from April 2005 to August 2011.Company involves in manufacturing of hydraulic press, Laminate material handling system & Special Purpose Machinery.WORK PROFILE MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN~ I am the lead Mechanical Draftsman at Workwell Engineers during my service period. ~ I am responsible to prepare concept drawing to customers inquiry for commercial purpose of SPM, Material Handling Equipment & Hydraulic press.~ I have to prepare Final Design Development & Drawing preparation by doing necessary design Calculation of hydraulic cylinder, Structural member, Motor selection, Gear box Selection of the SPM, Material Handling Systems & Hydraulic press.~ Working on AUTOCAD for preparing part drawings & assembly drawings. Also make 3D models in AUTOCAD for complex design to easy understand.~ I have to prepare detail B.O.M of machine at the time of design release. Also carry out the bulk material purchase list of structural steel in accordance with managing the wastage.~ I am responsible to carry out tentative costing of machine with calculating the weight of the machine parts & estimated machining cost.~ Whenever required I have to visit the customer site for erection & installation purpose.~ Also I have to prepare detailed quotation in M.S Office & Mail to relevant customer.~ I have to Directly Reporting to owner of the company.
