      emPower is a qualitative training programme for development cooperation in the fields of education and intercultural issues for around 15 young adults (from 22 years on) from the Pestalozzi Children’s Founda-tion (PCF) country programmes.The one and half year training programme is a combination of a preparation phase, a 8-months study course and intercultural living together in the empower house in the PCF Children’s Village as well as a knowledge transfer in the country of origin.
