With a dedicated team of 50 volunteers moderating the online community, the site quickly became the go-to destination for aspiring and practicing midwives.Month after month, SMNET was crushing the competition, attracting an average of 1 million page views per month, with 85,000 unique visitors a month after just 4 years. And it wasn't just the traffic that was impressive. With 10K+ Twitter followers and 25K+ Facebook members, SMNET was truly a voice at the forefront of the midwifery and nursing industry.I was lucky enough to play a critical role in SMNET's success story. As co-founder and responsible for all company operations and processes, I used my expertise in IT to optimize the website and make sure it was always delivering the best possible experience to its users. From ongoing SEO efforts, to website development using PHP, to staff training, I was always pushing the boundaries of what was possible.But it wasn't just about the numbers. At its core, SMNET was about building relationships. Whether it was working with trade unions, charities, universities, or the government, I was always looking for ways to help SMNET make a positive impact on maternal and nursing causes.   As CEO and founder of Healthy Greens, I was dedicated to producing high-quality, healthy, and sustainable niche health food products. I worked tirelessly, putting in 70+ hours per week, overseeing every aspect of the farm's operations, from seed to harvest.My hard work paid off as Healthy Greens quickly gained a reputation for its commitment to sustainability, quality, and taste. Within just two months of trading, I doubled the farm's capacity and each month thereafter we reached full capacity. I was able to negotiate 50+ contracts with fine-dining venues and 5 retail outlets in the north, and even had the honor of supplying to an HMS Navy frigate and 2 BBC Master Chefs.Healthy Greens grew 12 different varieties of produce, as part of my #eattherainbow concept, which created huge demand for our products. Our commitment to food safety and hygiene was reflected in our 5-star Food Standards Agency Hygiene Rating. I also managed the farm's social media and online promotions, keeping us at maximum capacity.Despite my plans to expand and find a larger property, unfortunately, I had to close Healthy Greens due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite this setback, I am proud of what I accomplished with Healthy Greens and the positive impact it had on both the environment and the health of urban communities. Show less
