Alongside the America Prize, the historic recognition destined for the highest personalities of clear international fame, the new Prize aims to enhance every year 1000 talents from our country with a university course of excellence, to concretely support them in their entry into the world of global work and international challenges.In addition to the award ceremony, delivered in a solemn ceremony in Rome at the Chamber of Deputies, young people will receive a scholarship to benefit from the online master’s degree of the Italy USA Foundation in “Leadership for international relations and made in Italy”.       The mission of the Alliance for African Assistance is to serve refugees, immigrants, and the most vulnerable among us to become self-sufficient, productive members of the community. It was founded in 1989 in San Diego, California by Walter Lam, a refugee, with the aim of addressing the many needs of the growing African refugee population. Since its establishment AAA has been working to expand its reach through the establishment of offices in Europe and Africa. Today it carries out our refugee assistance through the offices in Gulu, Uganda; Nairobi, Kenya and Rome, Italy. Show less

      Selected to participate as Political Advisor (POLAD) during the live exercise “Mare Aperto 24-I/ Polaris 24”, carried out by the Italian Navy twice a year with the final purpose of enhancing the operational efficiency and readiness of the Italian Navy’s aereo-naval assets in conjunction with the other Italian armed forces. This year was a special edition as it was involved also the French Navy for a more articulated and deep cooperation between the two countries in the security of the Mediterranean.By working on the admiral ship, Nave Cavour (CVH 550), this experience as political advisor allowed me to suggest and advise about political decisions to make regarding the exercise scenario, in particular the crisis management in case of terroristic attacks, by presenting documents and policy briefs on a daily basis.
