      Responsible for the business development and product roadmap for Applied’s Advanced Process Control solution, E3. Focused on 3 main objectives: Product and Solution development for a leased services offering which encapsulated process control IP. Development and enforcement of global, value-based pricing models, and expanding product SAM with strategic technology partners. From 2011 to 2012, revenues of E3 grew 55%, profit 20%. Managed an international software development team of 13 through all aspects of the product development lifecycle for 4 process analytics and automation product lines. Successfully transitioned development process from Waterfall to Agile which decreased release time from 16 months to 9 months. Initiated and led an offshore engineering team to maintain flagship products. These products retained customer service contracts while increasing maintenance service margins by over 50% Chief database architect of what is now Applied Material’s Applied Tool Nexus (ATN) product suite, an analytics software solution for evaluating semiconductor equipment performance using data mining techniques. ATN is connected and used on almost every tool Applied builds and is deployed across the globe in the majority of semiconductor fabs. Annual sales in 2008 exceeded 10 million annually.
