  Working within the Continuing Adult and Professional Studies department, I co-developed and taught a course on Highly Effective Teams based around Danial Coyle's excellent book, The Culture Code. The book is very worthwhile personally and professionally, and reflects so much of what I've learned through my career. The chance to learn Neumann's system of educational instruction, Blackboard, was also worthwhile. I'd love to teach this material again.
