Currently managing a team of 8 members, enhancing NVDA capacity of Greenpeace India many folds and delivering some of the highest impact campaigns that the organization has and is achieving in the country. My port folio includes NVDA development, Activists program, Investigation development, Risk management, Legal coordination, Recruitment and Performance Development of the team. Have managed many projects and ensured successful implementation of the same to achieve the program objectives. Part of the role is focussed on networking and working with the global and the regional office peers to support and learn from each other to bring in the change we want to see for a better future. The purpose of this unit is to make strategic interventions to communicate the program goals of Greenpeace India and the larger climate crisis by challenging the power dynamics and changing mind sets. By enabling creative actions/protests using disruption and the theory of mind bomb to inspire masses to be able to make a change. Show less
