Solid owner of product validation plan and process. • Worked in US for 2 months as ‘Glue’ between China R&D engineering and US product sales team to speed up the problem solving and eliminate the difference taken by matrixed functional cross country organization. As a result, the heavy delayed project is pulled back to good track, and this 1st Lumia Lost cost product get AT&T product acceptance approved within shortest duration. Company ‘Kudos’ award is rewarded.• Leading a 10 engineers’ team to manage bugs of Nokia’s 1st Lumia fast tracking product, drive daily 3 way meeting between Nokia, Microsoft and Qualcomm engineering team. Using innovative way to maximize team’s capability and performance. As a result, optimized fault management process works dramatically well, and 1000+ bugs were pulled back to good trace in 2 weeks.
