Using Ehealth, the network bandwidth utilization, availability and response time criteria are often taken into account for customer based request. SLA needs to be met and reports are provided to them based on the graph details.# Monitor Solarwinds which displays switch and router health status including their interface/trunk portion. Each device managed by the NOC is added under monitoring and alerts would be generated should threshold is met. # Perform diagnostics once threshold alarm noticed.# Monitor and manage Packetshaper and Riverbed Steelhead appliances which are used for bandwidth and application optimization tool.
