  Sale of Electrical Assets to Jefferson County PUD(Special Assignment)$100 million dollar asset sale between PSE and the newly formed Jefferson County PUD.Worked under the Head of Operations. We were responsible for coordinating, planning and executing a seamless service cut over to the PUD. Partnered with the PM from the Customer side and created a Project Communications Plan. I met with and developed relationships with the operations stakeholders, facilitated departmental transition and execution plans. Responsible for keeping the ten departments in Operations on schedule, verifying weekly that assigned tasks had been completed and reported out accordingly via Confidence Reports. Created and maintained the schedule in Microsoft Project. Created and maintained a one page critical path document focused on the most vital transition tasks and responsible parties. Developed the Execution Status dashboard, a detailed plan for the extricating PSE equipment from Jefferson County, without a disruption of electrical service. Show less Gas Contractor Management, who managed several of PSE’s large service provider contracts.(Special Assignment) Created and implemented the process of on-boarding PSE’s new asphalting service provider (SP); from integrating them into SAP, creating a new WBS specific to this work, created a billing and payment process, trained PSE billers on those processes and partnering with an IT PM to have PSE equipment and data fiber optic cable installed in the SP’s home office. Created new SAP order tasks to track the service provider’s work and completion timeframes to improve processes as well as saving the company money. I updated and streamlined the gas auditing process. Tracked monthly the time and expense costs, with the longer-term goal of a new billing unit creation. Developed an introductory presentation to Energy Efficiency to present internally. Tracked usage data for cities entered in PSE’s Annual Green Power challenge.
