  I am currently working for the Town of Avon as a flag football official for boys and girls grades 1-12. It has grown tremendously over its inception three years. There are many rules to be known and enforced and one must have a good command of the game. Previously from December 2012 to June 2015 I had taught tennis classes to adults reviewing all the mechanics of the game. In addition, I monitored special events held at the Avon Senior Center. The groups ranged in size from 35-200 people. I enforced proper crowd control procedures by following guidelines and taking swift action when necessary.
