  • Coordinating with internal teams, Consultants for getting approvals on designs, change order and exceptions if any.• Project Planning, technical/material approvals, project tracking & monitoring, detailed documentation, resource management, team motivation and teamwork.• Preparing reports and monitoring performance of projects to ensure visibility of overall delivery record and status of work program and ensure on-time project completion.• Submit weekly reports on all projects to the management clearly showing escalations.• Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.• Manage and supervise the technicians/sub-contracts for running projects.• Monitoring the project progress with the plan schedule management and reduce internal manpower costs by managing resources appropriately.• Preparation of project handling over documents like as built drawings, O&M Manual, Testing & commissioning report, Project sign off docs.• Completion and handover of project after complying with third party approvals and method of statement.
